    Baulderstone chose QR Contracting as its delivery partner for the concrete pavement works. Throughout the project our team worked closely with Baulderstone to deliver pavements to a standard commensurate with MRT Specifications and we are proud to say that it is some of the best work that we have achieved. Caterpillar Warehouse

    The Caterpillar warehouse was approx. 55,000 square metre (33 separate pours) under roof including 11 loading bays and a separate chemical store of 2000m under roof. The concrete used was all fibrecrete (integrated onsite), other than the loading bays and surrounds which were conventional.      Despite many hurdles our site team managed to provide a quality finish and great FF/FL results. Further to the excellent results, QRC also successfully avoided any LTI’s for the entire project.
